Return Process

  Log into your Yalla Kids account or contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
